By accessing or using Boostur, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1. Overview of the Platform

Boostur is a content distribution platform that enables users ("Boosters") to participate in campaigns by sharing approved content on supported social platforms and earn payouts based on campaign performance.

Boostur does not guarantee earnings, campaign availability, or results.


2. Eligibility

To use Boostur, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete account information

  • Complete identity and payout verification when required

  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Boostur reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.


3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Ensuring your connected social accounts comply with platform rules

Boostur is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.


4. Campaign Participation

Campaign participation is optional and subject to availability.

By participating in a campaign, you agree to:

  • Follow all campaign guidelines and posting requirements

  • Use only approved content and assets

  • Avoid deceptive, misleading, or prohibited practices

Boostur may reject, pause, or remove campaign activity at its sole discretion.


5. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on verified campaign performance metrics.

Important realities, read this twice:

  • Earnings are not guaranteed

  • Metrics are subject to validation and review

  • Fraudulent or manipulated activity results in forfeiture of earnings

  • Payouts may be delayed or withheld during review periods

Boostur determines final payout eligibility in its sole discretion.


6. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use bots, fake engagement, or artificial traffic

  • Circumvent platform safeguards

  • Misrepresent performance or identity

  • Violate third-party platform terms

  • Interfere with platform operations

Boostur may suspend accounts, reverse earnings, or permanently ban users engaged in prohibited conduct.

No warnings required.


7. Payments and Processing

All payments and payouts are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe.

Boostur is not responsible for:

  • Third-party payment delays

  • Banking errors

  • Provider outages or restrictions

You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to your earnings.


8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and branding belong to Boostur or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform

  • Use Boostur branding without written permission

Campaign content may only be used as explicitly permitted within the campaign guidelines.


9. Content and Social Platforms

Boostur is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social platform.

You acknowledge that:

  • Platform algorithms and policies are outside Boostur’s control

  • Content visibility and reach may vary

  • Account penalties imposed by social platforms are not Boostur’s responsibility


10. Termination

Boostur may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform.

You may stop using Boostur at any time.

Termination does not guarantee payment of pending or disputed earnings.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Boostur is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Earnings

  • Campaign availability

  • Platform uptime

  • Performance results

Use the platform at your own risk.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boostur shall not be liable for:

  • Lost earnings or profits

  • Data loss

  • Account suspensions by third parties

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Boostur’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you by Boostur in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boostur from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your content or campaign activity

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Violations of third-party platform rules


14. Modifications to the Services

Boostur may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We are not obligated to maintain or support specific features indefinitely.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
